These interviews or surveys will be conducted with key refugee resettlement officials at the state and federal level. This includes refugee state coordinators, members of the the 9 VOLAGs, as well as officials of federal agencies involved with the resettlement process. The survey will act as an alternative choice for participants rather than a phone interview, both of which consists of twenty questions regarding the role they and their agencies play in resettlement, and their input on resettlement trends moving toward smaller cities.
