Description: Between 2015-2019, this project added four questions to the annual Vermonter Poll* to gauge public opinion regarding refugee resettlement in Vermont. Due to the significant cutbacks to the resettlement program at the federal level and the COVID-19 pandemic, we did not ask these questions in 2020 and 2021. With the resumption of resettlement in Vermont in 2021-2022, we have included these questions once again. In this update, we compare responses across six years of available data.
